Shipping & Local Pickup

KTIZO folds shipping into the order total automatically. Configure it under Settings → Shipping.

Choose a shipping mode

• Local pickup — customers collect the order; free. Add a pickup note with your address and hours.
• Flat rate — one price per order, regardless of weight.
• By weight (recommended) — set price brackets by total order weight. KTIZO calculates each order's weight for you, including packaging.

Free shipping and handling

• Set a free-shipping threshold to waive shipping over a certain order value.
• Add a handling fee that always applies (packaging, time).
• Set a packaging weight so weight brackets reflect the real shipped weight.

Pickup alongside shipping

Even with a paid shipping mode, you can also offer free local pickup. Customers choose ship-or-pickup at checkout, and the total updates accordingly.

Products and weight

Fixed-price products carry their own weight, which feeds weight-based shipping just like custom prints — so a cart of products ships correctly.
