The following may not be listed, offered, ordered, uploaded, or produced through KTIZO 3D — whether as a Shop listing or a Customer's custom order, and regardless of who supplied the design file. Shops must decline orders for prohibited items; Customers must not request them. This list is not exhaustive: anything illegal to make, sell, or ship in the seller's or buyer's jurisdiction is prohibited even if not named here.
1. Infringing & counterfeit items
- Prints of characters, figures, logos, or designs owned by others without a license that covers commercial use — including popular film, game, anime, and toy IP.
- Paid or “personal-use-only” models (e.g. Patreon, MyMiniFactory, Cults3D files) sold without the designer's commercial license.
- Counterfeits, replicas passed off as genuine branded goods, or items bearing others' trademarks.

2. Firearms, weapon components & weapons
- Firearms and functional firearm components — frames, receivers, and unfinished (“80%”) versions of them, slides, barrels, bolts, and completion jigs.
- Fire-control and conversion parts — auto sears, “switches,” forced-reset triggers, drop-in conversion devices, and any part that accelerates or automates fire.
- Suppressors/silencers and their components (“solvent traps” included).
- Magazines or feeding devices where restricted by law.
- Other weapons illegal in the relevant jurisdiction — e.g. brass knuckles, push daggers, disguised blades — and functional replicas designed to be mistaken for real firearms (including removing or bypassing orange-tip/marking requirements).
- Explosives, incendiary devices, and their functional components.
Cosplay props and clearly non-functional replicas may be acceptable where legal, but must comply with marking laws and may be removed at our discretion.
3. Regulated & safety-critical items
- Medical devices and components — implants, dental appliances, prosthetics marketed as medical devices, or anything requiring regulatory clearance (e.g. FDA/CE) the Shop does not have.
- Items sold with food-contact, medical, electrical, or child-safety claims that have not been tested/certified to the applicable standard (e.g. food-safe claims, CPSIA for children's products, toys with small-part hazards for under-3s).
- Safety-critical structural or vehicle parts — brake, steering, or load-bearing components for real vehicles or aircraft, climbing/safety-harness hardware — unless the Shop is certified for that use.
- Drug paraphernalia where illegal.
- Products subject to an active safety recall.
4. Fraud & crime-enabling devices
- Card skimmers, ATM shimmers, and payment-fraud hardware.
- Counterfeit-currency or document-forgery tools; fake seals, badges, and credentials.
- Lock-bypass tools and restricted key blanks (e.g. handcuff keys, master keys for regulated systems) marketed for unauthorized entry.
- Signal jammers and devices designed to defeat security or tracking systems unlawfully.
5. Hateful or abusive content
- Items promoting hate or violence against people based on protected characteristics, including hate-group symbols and memorabilia glorifying atrocity.
- Items designed to harass, dox, or intimidate a specific person.
6. Enforcement
We may remove listings, cancel orders, withhold storefronts, and suspend or terminate accounts for violations — and we report clearly illegal activity (e.g. firearm conversion devices) to law enforcement.
